About the data processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it or have it stored, and which security techniques we use and for whom the data is transparent.
Web store software
Our web store has been developed with software from A Gift Shop. Personal data that you provide on behalf of our services made available to us are shared with this party. Xposure.me has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose.
Email and mailing lists
Our website uses the mailing list, a third party that receives the email traffic from our website and handles the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the mailing list servers. The mailing list will never use your name and e-mail address for its purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that has been automatically sent through our website, you will see the “unsubscribe” link. If you click on this, you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your data is stored securely by the mailing list.
We use the services of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
We use the platform to handle (part of) the payments in our web store https://mollie.com/. Mollie process your name, address, and place of residence information and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie and has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymous) data with third parties in that context. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie shares personal data and information about your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above-mentioned guarantees the protection of your data also apply to the parts of Stripe & Mollie services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data any longer than is permitted by law.
Every customer that buys products from our store can leave a review of the product. Even tho you need an email address our software will change every email address into firstname.lastname@example.org. This prevents hackers from looking for free email addresses that have no luck and your review stays private.
Shipping and logistics
Postnl en/of Bpost
EXAMPLE: If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We make use of the services of Postnl for carrying out the deliveries. It is, therefore, necessary that we share your name, address and city details with Postnl. China post uses this information only to perform the agreement. If China post engages subcontractors, Postnl also makes your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
EXAMPLE: We use the services of to keep track of our administration and accounting CMS system. We share your name, address, and place of residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your data is sent and stored protected. CMS system is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. CMS system does not use your data for purposes other than those described above.

We handle your data confidentially and have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.
Purpose of data processing
General-purpose of the processing
We use your data solely for our services. That is, the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment that you provide. We do not use your information for this (targeted) marketing.
